Lead the sales efforts of CLP with the support of inside and outside sales teams.  

• • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 8 Regional Sales Managers.
  • Analyze territory trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to create and implement winning strategies.
  • Collaborate and plan with all other departments to ensure customer related issues are addressed along with pushing our overall sales execution plans.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategy with broader business goals and long-term vision.
  • Identify market opportunities and challenge the status quo—constantly asking, “What’s next?” and “How can we win?”
  • Use performance metrics, forecasting tools, and analytics to make informed decisions and deploy effective sales strategies.
  • Operate with the mindset of a future Sales Manager—demonstrating vision, agility, and sound judgment in all areas of leadership.
  • Negotiate & manage sales contracts.
  • Regular travel is required to service customers and attend industry events.

Required

• • 5+ years of progressive sales experience.
  • A track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into action and strategy into execution.
  • High energy, self-starter, well-organized, and dedicated to continuous improvement
  • 4-year College degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM

Preferred

• • Prior experience in building materials
  • Leadership experience
  • MBA or advanced leadership training is a plus.
