Responsible for providing day-to-day interface with customers, internal departments and supporting the Outside Sales Representatives to deliver superior customer service in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

• Reviewing, entering and acknowledging customer purchase orders
• Monitoring and expediting production and shipments
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Interfacing internally with all departments to better serve customers
• Managing customers forecast, releases, and supply chain
• Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and company and sales targets and KPI’s
• Some travel may be required

• A minimum two-year Associates degree
• A minimum of one year of Customer Service or Sales experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and well organized
• Customer Service passion and attitude
• Willing to go the ‘extra mile’ for service and problem resolution
• Able to work with people from all org. levels and backgrounds
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC applications.
